As a Contractor, it's only possible to add a Proposed Change Order after the Schedule of Values has been approved by the Owner.
Select your Project inside the Construction Module and click on "Finances" in the left gray Menu. Then, click on "Proposed Change Orders" at the top of the page.
You will be redirected to this page bellow, then click on the blue button called:
"+ NEW PROPOSED CHANGE ORDER" at the top right corner of the screen.
That will open up your Proposed Change Order report, so you'll be able to fill in the needed information.
Observation: it's mandatory to attach a .pdf document at the end of the report.
Once the form is complete with the data, there are 2 buttons at the bottom:
"SAVE DRAFT": It will save the information so it can be edited afterwards. If you select this option, your PCO will not be shared with the Owner yet.
"SIGN & REQUEST ACKNOWLEDGEMENT": That means your document is ready to be sent to the Consultant and then the Owner for their approval.
