A Contractor will only be able to add a Change Order if:

  1. The Schedule of Values has been approved by the Owner PM;

  2. The Proposed Change Order was created and acknowledged by all the required parties.

To add a Change Order (CO), select your Project inside the Construction Module and click on "Finances" in the left gray Menu. Then, click on "Change Orders" at the top of the page.

You will be redirected to this page bellow, then click on the blue button called:

"+ NEW CHANGE ORDER" at the top right corner of the screen.

That will open up a screen displaying your list of "Proposed Change Orders", showing the open ones that have been fully approved in white, the pending ones highlighted in red and the submitted ones in gray.

To submit the "Change Order", select the box left to the PCO's number.

Then, there are 2 buttons at the bottom:

  • "SAVE DRAFT": It will save the information so it can be edited afterwards. If you select this option, your CO will not be shared with the Owner yet.

  • "SIGN & REQUEST APPROVAL": That means your document is ready to be sent to the Consultant and then the Owner for their approval.

Great job!!! ✨😎 👍
