How does a Consultant create a Consultant Pay Request (PR)?

Step-by-step on how to add a Pay Request as a Consultant

As a Consultant, it's only possible to add a Pay Request after the Schedule of Values has been approved by the Owner.

Select your Project inside the Construction Module and click on "Finances" in the left gray Menu. Then, click on the "Consultant" tab at the top of the page.

You will be redirected to this page bellow, then click on "Pay Requests":

Now, click on the blue button called: "+ NEW PAY REQUEST" at the top right corner of the screen.

That will open up your Pay Request report, so you'll be able to fill in the needed information.

To complement your request, you can also attach a .PDF file if you want.

Once the form is complete with the data, there are 2 buttons at the bottom:

  • "SAVE DRAFT": It will save the information so it can be edited afterwards. If you select this option, your Payment Request will not be shared with the Owner yet.

  • "SIGN & REQUEST APPROVAL": That means your document is ready to be sent to the Owner for their approval.
