As a Consultant, it's only possible to add a Fee Adjustment after the Schedule of Values has been approved by the Owner.
Select your Project inside the Construction Module and click on "Finances" in the left gray Menu. Then, click on the "Consultant" tab at the top of the page.
You will be redirected to this page bellow, then click on "Fee Adjustments":
Now, click on the blue button called: "+ NEW FEE ADJUSTMENT" at the top right corner of the screen.
That will open up your Payment Request report, so you'll be able to fill in the needed information.
You can also attach a .PDF document to your report if you want.
Once the form is complete with the data, there are 2 buttons at the bottom:
"SAVE DRAFT": It will save the information so it can be edited afterwards. If you select this option, your Payment Request will not be shared with the Owner yet.
"SIGN & REQUEST APPROVAL": That means your document is ready to be sent to the Owner for their approval.
