As an Owner user, it's possible to change the Retention % for the Project in the "Finances" section.

Select your Project inside the Construction Module and click on "Finances" in the left gray Menu. The screen will show the "Finances Dashboard", which is the Project Finances Overview.

The last column on the right of the table of values shows the Retention amounts. The percentage will be set as the default established for all your projects.

To change the Retainage %, just click on the pencil icon right next to the value in parentheses.

A pop-up will appear so you can fill in the correct Retainage % for that project. Just input the number and click on "UPDATE".

There it is!

Now you can control the % of Retention for all of your Projects. ✅ 📋 👏
