Step 1 - 3 explains how to add a PDF drawing. If you want to remove a PDF drawing, go to step 4.2.

Step 1 - You will need to select the design step you want to upload the PDF drawings. You can select this on the left menu. Below is an image showing you an example of four steps to pick from.

Note: If you select a step with previous steps (like step 3) and upload a PDF, all steps before are checked as completed. It saves all the information from previous steps but doesn't allow you to edit previous steps unless you remove the PDF you uploaded in the current step, then it opens up the previous step.

Step 2 - Click on the blue button on the far right that says "+ NEW PDF" to upload PDF drawing(s).

Note: The annotation tool only works with PDF, so you only be able to upload PDFs. So you will need to save the file (Drawings or Specs) as PDF to upload here.

Step 3 - (1) You can then select or drag and drop multiple or single files. Once you select your files (2), you can type the file's general details (so users can know what's in the file. Such as Site Plan Drawings or Specs). (3) If you want the tool to notify all users involved, leave this checkmark checked. (4) click on the green button "Add" to add the PDF file(s).

Step 4 - (1) Once you add the PDF, you can click anywhere on the row to open the annotation tool to start annotating on the PDF. (2) If you want to remove a PDF drawing, click on the red "x" on the right side. Note only users who can upload the PDF drawings can remove the file.
