Step 1 - Accessing the Project:
Begin by gaining access to the project for which you need the invoice.
If you currently lack access to this particular project, please contact the Project Manager (PM) and request to be added. If you can't access the project contact us in the support chat located in the bottom right corner of the interface. Request the invoice through this chat.
Step 2 - Navigating to Project Settings:
After selecting the Bidding Project, navigate to the project settings. Ensure that the project is located within the bidding module.
Step 3 - Exporting the PDF Invoice:
Within the Project Settings page, scroll down to find the section dedicated to invoice exports. Click on the "Export Invoice" option. This will open a new browser tab and initiate the export of the Invoice PDF. If the PDF is labeled as a "Receipt," it signifies that the project was paid for using a credit card. Please bear in mind that projects can be paid via Electronic Funds Transfer (ETF) or Credit Card.
